Awakening Through Creative Emergence
Supporting women in bringing meaningful work into the world through embodied inquiry, creative development, and devoted mentorship.
About
Led by the belief that all humans—especially women—are artists by birthright, my work is devoted to creativity as a pathway to awakening, embodiment, and self-discovery.
I work with founders, facilitators, creatives, and purpose-led women who are navigating a season of growth, transition, or creation. Whether you're building a business, shaping a retreat, bringing a creative project to life, or finding your way through a significant life transition, our work together offers a space for clarity, perspective, and meaningful movement forward—bringing ideas into form, navigating change, and creating lives and bodies of work that feel aligned with who they are.
My approach is informed by non-dual philosophy, embodied inquiry, and the understanding that creation is not something we perform or achieve, but something we enter into relationship with. In a culture saturated with performative expression and endless self-improvement, I am interested in a different way of relating to life, a returning to the fertile ground of what already exists beneath the noise and cultivating the courage to express it authentically.
Drawing from a lifetime in the arts, nearly a decade working alongside hundreds of facilitators, founders, and thought leaders, and years of building purpose-led businesses and communities of my own, I bring together creative mentorship, intuitive guidance, somatic awareness, and practical strategy. My work supports women in reconnecting with what is alive, true and essential so they can create, lead, and live from a place of alignment, authenticity, and deep self-trust.

Creative Mentorship
Insight, perspective, and grounded support to illuminate your path forward.
Creative Mentorship is a space for women who are building something meaningful—whether a body of work, a business, a community, or a new chapter of life. Through conversation, embodied inquiry, reflection, and practical guidance, we create space for greater clarity, creative momentum, and deeper alignment.
At its heart, this work is an invitation to cultivate self-trust—to strengthen your relationship with your own knowing and allow physical, emotional, and intuitive wisdom to inform the decisions, creations, and pathways unfolding before you from and aligned and embodied place, with more clarity and confidence. Together, we explore not only what you are creating, but who you are becoming in the process.

An Embodied Approach
My approach weaves together creative mentorship, embodied inquiry, and purpose-led entrepreneurship. I offer both strategic guidance and a space to explore the deeper inner process that accompanies meaningful creation. While practical strategy has its place, I believe the quality of what we create is inseparable from our relationship to ourselves. Many of the women I work with are standing at the threshold of something—a new business, creative project, offering, relationship, or chapter of life. Though their paths may look different, they share a common desire: to create in a way that feels deeply aligned with who they are.
Together, we cultivate the qualities often overlooked in conventional approaches to growth and success: receptivity, intuition, discernment, trust, and the capacity to listen deeply. Rather than forcing outcomes or following prescribed formulas, we learn to move in relationship with what is emerging. There is an intelligence to life that I trust deeply and in moving from this place, creation becomes less about striving and more about remembering—our innate capacity to listen, respond, and participate in what is already asking to come through us. From that place, strategy becomes clearer, decisions become more aligned, and the path forward reveals itself one step at a time.
Creation is not separate from life—it is one of its most intimate spiritual practices. A continual return to presence and trust in what is unfolding through us.
My Journey
Growing up on the East Coast, just outside of New York City, I was fortunate to have my creativity nurtured from a young age. It instilled in me a belief that continues to guide my work today: that creativity is not reserved for artists alone, but is an innate human capacity that lives within all of us. Shaped by a desire to experience life deeply and an enduring curiosity about the process of becoming, my path has unfolded across the world over the last decade. This belief led me into a life of exploration—immersing myself in conscious and creative communities around the world, teaching yoga, facilitating transformational experiences, supporting women entrepreneurs, and helping founders, artists, and visionaries bring meaningful ideas into form.
Over the years, and from a deeply intuitive place, I came to know that creation is never solely about strategy, visibility, or execution. It is equally a process of cultivating self-trust, navigating uncertainty, and learning to remain connected to what feels most true and in working with others, I witnessed how the creative process itself becomes a catalyst for personal transformation. Today, I weave together my background in embodied inquiry and purpose-led entrepreneurship to support women in bringing their ideas, offerings, and visions into the world with greater clarity, authenticity, and trust.
If you're moving through a season of transition, creating something meaningful, or feeling called toward a deeper expression of yourself, I’d love to work with you.
This is your invitation to explore what becomes possible with support.
