An Embodied Approach
My approach weaves together creative mentorship and embodied inquiry. I offer both strategic guidance and a space to explore the deeper inner process that accompanies meaningful creation, as I believe the quality of what we create is inseparable from our relationship to ourselves. Together, we cultivate the qualities often overlooked in conventional approaches to growth and success: receptivity, intuition, discernment, trust, and the capacity to listen deeply. Rather than forcing outcomes or following prescribed formulas, we learn to move in relationship with what is emerging. There is an intelligence to life that I trust deeply, and in moving from this place, we can remember our innate capacity to listen, respond, and participate in what is already asking to come through us.
